Avilla Cave Hotel is located on the hill leading up to Göreme Sunset Point. Guests walk 5-10 minutes to the town center and restaurants. The hotel sits past the paid entry booth for the viewpoint, which means guests access the sunrise and hot air balloon viewing area without the 30-lira per person fee. Hot air balloons pass directly over the hotel terrace each morning.
Accommodations
The hotel offers 13 rooms, including Deluxe Family Suites with a separate children's room and 4-bed Comfort Quadruple Rooms. All rooms are carved directly into the mountain rock and provide soundproofing, a balcony or terrace, and garden views. Family Suites include a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower.
